Live Arrival Guarantee All live fish, plants, and invertebrates are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee. We ship livestock Monday–Wednesday via UPS Next Day Air to minimize transit time and risk. DOA claims must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with photos.
